    • Refunds are only issued for:

      • Cancelled prepaid orders before dispatch

      • Returned products that pass quality inspection

      • Out-of-stock or failed deliveries

    • Refunds will be credited to your original payment method (UPI, Card, Razorpay wallet, etc.)

    • No refund is issued for:

      • Physically damaged or used items

      • Products beyond the return window
